Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  • All treatments offered by BUMI LLC are subject to availability, and payment must be made in full to confirm the scheduled appointment.

  • Our services are exclusively for ladies or couples only.

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule your appointment.

  • Our operating hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays (Mon-Thur, and 11:00 am to 11:00 pm on weekends (Fri-Sun). We are closed on Tuesdays.

Client & Beauticians Conduct

  • We strive to create a respectful environment for both clients and beauticians. We kindly ask our clients to reciprocate with respectful behaviour.

  • Any inappropriate or offensive requests will be reported to the authorities, and future services will be refused.

Booking and Payment Policy

  • Appointments can be made through our website, mobile application, or dedicated WhatsApp number.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and online banking. Please note that we do not accept cash payments. Bookings will be confirmed once payment has been made.

  • All single bookings are intended for single-person use only and cannot be shared between individuals.

  • Clients are required to provide accurate personal information during the booking process, including name, contact details, preferences and any relevant health information to ensure a tailored and safe experience

  • Full payment is required to secure bookings, especially for certain high-demand services or during peak hours.

  • Prices for services rendered are communicated and agreed upon before the appointment commences.

  • Clients are responsible for any additional charges incurred during the appointment, such as extra services or extended session times, which will be communicated and agreed upon before being provided.

  • BUMI LLC reserves the right to modify booking and payment policies at its discretion, with any changes communicated to clients in advance through appropriate channels.

  • Tipping: Tipping is optional and entirely at the discretion of the client. If you wish to tip, please prepare cash.

Refund, No-shows and Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that schedules can be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To accommodate our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment rescheduling. Clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if they need to reschedule their appointment.

  • In the event of a no-show, where our team arrives at the designated location and the client is not present or cancels on the spot or less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, the appointment will be treated as a service rendered. This policy is in place to respect the time and commitment of our beauticians and ensure fairness to other clients who could have utilised the appointment slot.

  • Last minute (less than 2 hours) reschedules or no-shows will be charged full. 

  • BUMI LLC understands that certain exceptional circumstances may arise, such as emergencies or sudden illnesses, which may prevent clients from providing the required notice for rescheduling or cancellation. In such cases, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked appointment will be applicable. 

General Offers

  • From time to time, BUMI LLC may introduce discounts, promotions, or special offers on our services. While we strive to provide competitive prices and attractive deals, we reserve the right to modify or remove these discounts and offers at our discretion. 

  • Changes to offers will be communicated through appropriate channels

  • Offers such as the Monday Time Extension or complimentary Weekend add-ons (e.g., complimentary head massage) apply only to full-priced sessions. Appointments booked using promotional codes, discounted rates, gift vouchers, subscription plans, or package credits do not qualify.

  • Offers must be booked and redeemed on the specified offer days (e.g., Monday or Saturday) and cannot be rescheduled to another date. All complimentary time-extension or add-ons services must be rendered on the booked appointment and not separate appointments.


Packages Clients

  • Packages are multi-session bundles with a 15% discount.

  • Not eligible for any additional public offers, add-ons, time extensions, or promotional codes.

  • Sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Clients may share package sessions with members of the same household only.

  • Add-ons (e.g., head massage, scrub, etc.) can be purchased separately at standard rates.
     

Subscription Clients

  • Subscriptions come with a 10% discount on standard rates.

  • Not eligible for public promotions, time extensions, or other complimentary offers.

  • Subscriptions are valid until the client cancels.

  • Subscription sessions must be used within the plan’s validity period, do not carry forward and are non-transferable.

  • Clients may share package sessions with members of the same household only.

  • Add-ons (e.g., head massage, scrub, etc.) can be purchased separately at standard rates.

    Pay As You Go Clients

  • Eligible for 15% off on their first session only. 

  • All future bookings will be charged at standard rates.

  • Eligible to receive time-limited public offers (e.g., Monday Time Extension or Weekend Add-Ons) if conditions are met.

Off-Peak Offer

Eligibility

  • Eligible for single 60 minute or 90 minute massages.

  • Couples massages are excluded, as they already benefit from a special discounted rate.

  • Offer applies to base massage services only – treatments, ritual packages, and add-ons (e.g., scrubs) are not included.


Booking Requirements

  • Bookings must be made and fulfilled during off-peak hours, defined as Monday to Thursday, between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

  • Appointments made outside this window, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, do not qualify.


​Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to reschedule, the new appointment must also fall within the off-peak window to retain the discount.

  • Rescheduling to peak hours or combining with any other discount will result in forfeiture of the promotional rate, and the full price will apply.


​Exclusivity

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, including:

  • The first-time welcome offer (15%)

  • Packages, Subscripttions

  • Referral discount (10%), or

  • Any seasonal or special promotions

Gift Cards

  • Gift card purchases for our home services are valid for gift card receivers based in Dubai and Sharjah only. Additional transport charges will incur for gift card recipients based in other Emirates.

  • Gift card purchasers are responsible for confirming the recipient’s location. If the recipient resides outside BUMI’s standard service zones, any applicable extra transport fees will be billed to the purchaser or recipient at the time of booking.

  • Gift cards issued by BUMI LLC are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • BUMI LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthoried use of gift cards.

  • First timer discounts may not be used to purchase gift cards.

  • Our first time client discount is designed for personal use and cannot be transferred to others. However, if you're booking as a gift for someone new to BUMI, just let us know it’s a gift, and we’ll help you process it properly. 

  • Gift card recipients must meet BUMI's eligibility policy:
    Ladies-only or couples-only. No single male clients.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Force Majeure

  • If either party is prevented from fulfilling its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government regulations, labour disputes, or other unforeseen events (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure Event"), the affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the occurrence of such event and its expected impact on the performance of this agreement.
